During an initial telephone enquiry, we can provide a guide to what level of service you may require. For a regular cleaning service, we prefer to book a home visit to discuss your individual needs so that we can tailor make our service to fit in with your needs.
The home visit, which is carried out at a time that suits you, means that from the outset, the service we provide is the service most suited to your needs.
We offer complete flexibility enabling our customers to build a service around their own circumstances, we can provide a service to include changing of bed linen, an Ironing Service in house, so that all garments are ironed and return to their specific wardrobes once ironed, it’s for you to decide what you need.Myself Patricia and Our friendly staff will follow your instructions and take care of it for you.
We do not tie you into any lengthy contracts. We are confident,the quality of our service speaks for itself and so do not need to tie you in.
Our Rates are just £18,00 per hour ,for Regular Weekly Cleaning or
£20,00 per hour for a Fortnightly Cleaning
There are no Hidden Costs – Minimum 3 Hours per each visit
Deep Cleaning £35 per hour Minimum of 4 Hours
End of Tenancy Cleaning Prices
Prices for end of tenancy cleaning will ultimately depend
on the size of the home and the number of rooms in the property.
Typically, the price will range between £280 – £650 Plus .
Overall, the time of an end of tenancy clean takes ,can differ
Anything from 3-5 hours for a 2 Bedroom Flat
or as long as 7 -12 hours for a larger home
or Flat is to be expected.
Also ,how dirty is the house or flat ,
sometimes it’s not just about
the size of the property,
but if the Property is very dirty and very bad
condition ,the cleaning will build up the hours .
We require Deposit For End of Tenancy and After Building Cleaning

The estimated cost is generated based on the information you provide
and the average room sizes of a typical home and the total
cost of carpet cleaning may vary depending on how many
rooms are in the House .Please note that in addition
to your cleaning service price,
Congestion/ ULEZ and parking charges may apply.
How Much Does Upholstery Cleaning Cost?
Cost varies greatly as it will depend on which piece of furniture needs to be cleaned.
Cancelation Fee: we charge cancelation fee, if the client
decides to cancel the cleaning appointment at the Last Minute
or if they forget to let us know about going on holiday and have
the schedule arranged.

£30 fee if they cancel after 6 pm on the day before cleaning.

50% of the cleaning rate if they cancel after 9 am on the day of the cleaning service
